Wednesday Night At Luckie’s Lounge

Yesterday after I left the Ludacrisdinner I headed over to Luckie’s Lounge and met up with my home girl Necole Bitchie, and Robyn from Baller Alert. Luckie’s was the place to be last night. Monica, Keyshia Cole, Manny(Kyesha’s Manager) Allen Iverson, Jazzy Pha, Cee-lo, Irv Gotti, Fonzworth Bentley, Bobby Valentino, and Kenny Burns were all in the building. Oh yeah speaking of Kenny, he’s the reason why I’m posting so late posting this story, a sister had the worst hangover this morning and could not get out of bed to save my life lol ;0). But I have to admit it was worth it because I had so much fun hanging at Luckie’s last night.
If you’re ever in Atlanta on a Wednesday this is definitely the place to be. Luckie’s is hosted by The Investment Club and sponsored by Certified Crunkness and Music Business Politics. Keyshia Cole and Monica was in the building, Gotta give a big shot out to my girl Monica I was kicking it with her last night, she so sweet and down to earth. The biggest Blogger in the game Perez Hilton recently did an interview with Vibe. Looks like Perez is tapping into the urban fan base, even though he knows nothing about TI, Lil Wayne, and Rick Ross. However he does know Kayne West and can name three rappers who name start with young. Perez Hilton started his site in 2005 and is now grossing over 20 million dollar a year in revenue, with over a million people visiting his site.
Perez has a daily gossip segment, “Perez Hilton Update”, on two of the biggest morning shows hip hop stations in the country: New York City’s Hot 97 FM (WQHT) and Los Angeles’s Power 106 FM (KPWR). Not only that he has a show on VH1 and I’ve even heard talk about him getting his own record label. Now my question is do you think you have to be nasty in this game in order to be as big as Perez Hiton? Do you think an urban blog can gain the success that Perez has?

VH1 as if they didn’t have enough reality shows, has recruited actor- comedian Eddie Griffin to star in his own reality show. The show will feature a glimpse of his life and how he juggles being a player and family man at the same time. I know I say this word a lot but I’m sometimes these stories make me say it. Lawd have mercy why are you still trying to be a player and you have a family.

According to Entertainment Tonight HULK HOGAN’s son, Nick Bollea reality TV star was sentenced to 8 months in jail for a nearly fatal car crash he caused from drinking a driving back in August 2007. The crash and also left his friend John Graziiano III on life support.
She Calls Herself Solja Girl

Just when I decided that I was going to start parking my car and riding the Marta because of the gas prices, I see this crazy video on the internet. A 25 year old woman who refers to herself as Solja Girl went crack head crazy on this old lady riding the Marta train. What disturbed me the most about this video, are all the people that that was on the train and said nothing to her. Finally a young man did stand up and say something to her which started an altercation between the two of them.
All I have to say is if that was my mother or my grandmother I would be looking for her right now. Thanks god this fool (yes I called her a fool I want to call her something worse than that but I’m keep my cool.) has been caught. Family members of Solja Girl called in to Ryan Cameron’s show on V103 in Atl this afternoon to try explain her actions. They said was diagnosed with bipolar and she don’t like to take her medicine because it makes her sleepy and she doesn’t want to be sleep all day. Girl Bye!!!!! They also said Solja Girl’s mother turned her in to police yesterday and is now being held DeKalb County jail for disorderly conduct on a $300 bail.

Shout out my girl Cheron Midday Host/ APD of FM 98 WJLB for putting Khia in her place. Now I said I wasn’t going to put anymore Khia news on my site but I had to through this up because it was time for somebody to set her straight. You go Cheron didn’t somebody tell Khia we don’t play that in Detroit I thought she would have learned her lesson when she called in on WJLB’s Morning show a couple weeks ago but i guess not well sombody had to tell her hopefully she got the picture now.
