Reality Star Evelyn Lozada Sheds 30 Pounds In 7 Weeks

7 weeks ago Reality Star Evelyn Lozada gave birth to her second child and she has already lost 30 pounds since giving birth.

A few weeks ago the Basketball wives star announced the start of her 60-day Fit Challenge with GNC Live Well and youthH20. And she has been documenting her progress on Instagram by posting full body shots of herself once a week for the last month.

In a recent interview with ABC news Evelyn stated that she has another 12 pounds to go before her body is back to the way it was before she gave birth.

“I’m proud of where I’m at so far. My body feels like it’s almost back to normal.”

In addition to working out she stated that she eats clean. Oatmeal or egg whites for breakfast, and fish, vegetables and sometimes a sweet potato for lunch.

“I work out three to four times a week,” said Lozada, who admits to doing her own workout videos. “I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule. But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training — which I love — and hiking.”

Good for Evelyn, I’m glad to see she’s losing weight the natural way instead of having surgery like some of these other reality stars..
