Yesterday rapper Wale got caught up in his feelings after Complex magazine released their top 50 Best Rap Albums list for 2013 and he realized he didn’t make the cut.
Wale decided to channel his inner Kanye West and call up to their office to rant about not being included on the list. During the call he asked one of the staff members if they had a personal vendetta against him before he went into a b*tch fit and started screaming at the top of his lungs. Wale also told the person on the phone that he was going to come up to the company and lay hands on a few staff members because they pretty much didn’t tell him what he wanted to hear during the phone call.
So you think y’all being a responsible publication by continuously to f*cking like all that petty sh*t? At this point you know it’s got to be personal right? And I don’t want you telling me it’s not personal because it’s like a bold face lie. To be omitted from every type of list that y’all do or be at the bottom of it or every type of way that y’all can omit me, I just need to know if anybody’s ready to keep it 100 with me and be like, Yeah it might be personal. You might have rubbed somebody wrong years ago in some way or fashion because I have had no interaction with the company in years. So, to be omitted from everything that y’all do, it’s gotta be something. And I’m trying to find out if you’re going to be the person that tells me that or you just gonna give me that song and dance.
The caller tried to tell Wale that it was nothing personal against him and begin to try and explain how they come up with the list and that’s when he lost his cool….
**Screaming from the top of his lungs** You mean to tell me Juicy J album is better than mine? Is that what you trying to tell me? You mean to tell me everybody you put on that f*cking list boy don’t play me, man. I came at you civil right now but it could go completely in another direction right now. Respect me, dog. Respect me, dog. Respect the f*cking culture right now, man, because right now it’s like some petty sh*t going on right now, and I’m trying to get to the bottom of it in a civil manner…

I’m so tired of these rappers throwing a b*tch fit because the media ain’t telling them what they wanna hear. What happened to freedom of speech??? If Complex magazine feels like Juicy J’s album is better than Wale’s then they have a right to their opinion.
Now if that was my magazine Wale would never make the list or have any type of coverage after that phone call. I’m just saying he was so disrespectful smh….
N*ggas act more like b*tches these days smh
