It looks like Kim Kardashian is back to her old self just four months after giving birth to her daughter North West.
Kanye West baby mama was interacting with fans this past Sunday night via twitter during Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s when someone asked Kim about her post baby body and what she’s been doing to loose her weight?
Kim tweeted that she has been doing the atkins diet which consist of eliminating carbs from your meals.
The atkins diet is a high protein-rich diet, created by Dr. Robert Atkins, that eliminates carbs but encourages dieters to not count calories. I heard this diet really works and you can loose weight really fast only thing is you have to be consistent.
Being that the holiday season is approaching I’ve been thinking about getting back on the atkins diet myself. I did this diet a few years ago and lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately for me I gained most of the weight back because I didn’t stick to the plan not to mention I stop working out.
Lets see if I can make it work this time. (Fingers crossed)
