Just a few weeks ago reality star Kim Kardsahian was on a flight returning from Paris when she thought she was having a miscarriage and was rushed to the hospital soon as she landed.

The doctors told Kim to eliminate her fast-paced and jet-setting lifestyle however after resting up for a week Kanye West baby mama is back on the road again.
The Keeping Up With The Kardasian reality star was spotted in Atlanta, attending the private screening for Tyler Perry’s new movie Temptation.
Kim dressed her baby bump in leather and lace as she worked the red carpet showing off her growing belly with Yeezy jr inside. She opened up to E News about how her pregnancy isn’t as easy as she thought it would be.
“Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister made it look or as my mom has made it look” she told E! News on the red carpet. “It’s a little painful. I’ve gotten sick a couple of times. It’s getting a little bit more difficult to get around.”
