Earlier this week rapper Lil Wayne was rushed to the hospital after her suffered a seizure. He was released a few hours after being taken to the hospital however the Young Money rapper is back in the hospital after suffering yet another seizure and it’s not looking good.
The 30-year-old rapper was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. Tuesday night after suffering multiple seizures. He was released Wednesday but just hours later one of his bodyguards found him in his room, on the floor and unconscious.
Wayne was rushed to the hospital again, but this time he did not stabilize. He was taken to ICU, where he was placed in restraints because he was shaking uncontrollably.
We’re told Wayne is currently “unstable,” and has been placed in an induced coma. He is breathing through tubes.
We’re told several people are at Wayne’s bedside crying, and a number of rap artists and family members are on the way. Sources say the scene is violent as Wayne shakes uncontrollably.
Sources say there’s evidence Wayne went on a Sizzurp binge after being released Wednesday, because doctors found high amounts of codeine in his system.
We’re told Wanye’s stomach was pumped 3 times to flush the drugs from his system
UPDATE: According to Mack Maine, Birdman and DJ Franzen (via Cortez Bryant) Lil’ Wayne is fine and watching either the Syracuse or Lakers game from the hospital…..

Twana Tells? I knew he was in the hospital but I didn’t know it was critical. Sad his people just sit by and watch just kill himself. This is so sad. I pray he recoveries at least for his kids.

Even if he pulls through this time it is only a matter of time. He got out of the hospital and ran out and binged sizzurp again……. He needs rehab quick!

I don’t think he was fine when they were tweeting. I think, like Kelly Osbourne, he’ll be released today or tomorrow, but they we won’t see him for at least a week.
I was at a party when someone went into seizures due to mixing drugs. 3 days in the hospital – and this is Canada, where it’s free healthcare, so they release you the minute your stable, and can make your way to the doctor’s office on your own.
I often wonder what kind of damage that ish does to your brain.
