A few days ago the internet was buzzing about R&B singer/reality star K Michelle slapping the piss out of her Love & Hip Hop co star back stage in NYC during her show.
The altercation happened because earlier that day K Michelle was on “The Breakfast Club” morning show and called MiMi’s boyfriend being down low. Well Mimi must have been feeling some type of way because she decided to show up to her show to confront her about the comment.
Someone must have witness the altercation because right before the show started rumors was flying all over the place about Mimi being attacked and having to go to the hospital.
Mimi’s publicist recently released a statement about the altercation and what really happened backstage:
“The incident started in the dressing room where K. Michelle simply hit Ms. Faust with flowers after seeming a little irritated with questions about earlier statements made in a prior interview. However, there were no damages done. In actuality, Ms. Faust left the venue and continued her night by visiting and enjoying herself in other New York City prestigious venues.”
She also stated:
“Our client is currently unharmed and never went to the hospital to be treated for a busted eardrum.”
K Michelle also spoke out about the altercation that took place between her & Mimi
It was backstage, I was doing me. And I was focused on being an artist. I don’t like to be distracted.…
She also stated this will be her last season of Love & Hip Hop ATL:
I’m announcing that, I won’t be on ‘Love & Hip Hop’…I just feel like when God is brining you to the postive. It’s very hard to say ‘thank you jesus and f*ck you b*tches’.
I guess she’s tried of slapping the piss out folks on the show lol….
