The L.A. County District Attorney claims R&B singer Chris Brown violated his probation by submitting bogus community service documents to the court.
District Attorney Jackie Lacey recently filed documents claiming the singer allegedly lied about the hours of community service he completed for his probation for the felony conviction regarding his altercation with Rihanna.
In a statement released by The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office “Chris Brown failed to provide ‘credible or verifiable evidence’” that he completed his court ordered community labor.
The judge ordered Breezy to perform 180 days of community service, and allowed him to do it in Virginia, where he has a residing at the time however suspicion arose about his community service hours due to discrepancies in the reports and the lack of documentation.
“The evidence shows that although Virginia Probation accepted supervision of Brown, no one from that Department ever approved, scheduled, supervised, monitored, or verified any of the community labor reported to this Court,” the documents state.
“After a thorough review of all documents and evidence submitted to the Court it appears that there are significant discrepancies indicating at best sloppy documentation and at worst, fraudulent reporting and possible misdemeanors violations.”
I hope he wasn’t dumb enough to try and turn in bogus documentation or even try and lie about his community service hours to the court. I’m gonna say he’s innocent until proven guilty because I refuse to believe Breezy is that stupid
Chris Brown has a court day on February 16th and will have a lot of explaining to do to the judge. Hopefully everything goes in his favor.

It’s not that big of a deal! I’ve lied to the court about community service hours! He’s went through enough regarding Rhianna and if she forgives him then it’s time for everyone else to move on!
