A photographer is currently suing R&B singer Chris Brown. The photographer claims Chris body guards assaulted him back in March at an LA fitness gym after he tried to take a picture of Chris for his son.
TMZ reports;
The photog claims Chris’ bodyguards yelled at him — so he tried to leave the gym … but an L.A. Fitness employee tried to block his escape.
The photog says he then fell down a stairwell, which allowed the bodyguards to catch up with him — where they, “picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him.”
The photog claims he was a paying member at the gym and had every right to be on the property.
First off if the bodyguard is the one “that whup ya ass” why not sue the bodyguard?????? Not to mention this is the same photographer who tried to file a similar lawsuit against another celebrity but the case was dismissed.
Speaking of Chris Brown it looks like he decided to come out of hiding. He was spotted recently playing basketball with Chris Tucker, Shaq and Bow Wow. Chris even did a lil video bloging with Bow Wow to talk about his new album getting ready to drop this summer. Check out the video below;
