Kelly’s lawyers plan to argue, and said the alleged victim will reportedly testify that she is not the girl in the tape. (Looks like R Kelly must have paid her off) But the prosecution however has a new witness that is expected to testify that she, and the supposedly underage girl who got pissed on by Kells were all involved in a sexual threesome.
